One-on-One Private Yoga
Customized one-on-one sessions that are tailored to your unique needs and goals. These sessions are all about you! Individualized yoga classes compliment your lifestyle, workout and training regimen. These are perfect for 1:1 attention to address your goals, learning proper alignment, injury prevention, if you are recovering from an injury, want to learn meditation techniques, etc.

This initial session includes gathering your health history, goals and needs, any limitations or injuries that you have or have had, lifestyle and daily schedule, a projected plan for our sessions together, expectations, a body assessment which addresses your specific needs, strengths and imbalances, and a 45-60 minute yoga class.

Small Group Privates
Min 2 people | Max 4 people
Enjoy a small group atmosphere that offers extra attention to enhance your practice. Classes are prepared specifically for your group’s needs. These sessions are perfect and most beneficial for groups with similar fitness levels and goals.
Examples: yoga for runners, yoga for CrossFit, yoga for swimmers, yoga for cyclists, etc.
